The Organic Tempeh Making Kits allow you to easily create your own nutritious source of plant-based protein at home - fresh and delicious TEMPEH.
Each kit is designed to make 3 pounds of high quality tempeh. Tempeh Starter must be refrigerated arrival and used by April 1, 2025. If frozen upon arrival, starter should be used by October 1, 2025.
The kit contains:
- 1.5 pounds of Certified Organic Dehulled Soybeans
- Two packs of Rhizopus Oligosporus tempeh starter
- One food safe thermometer
- 8 incubation bags
- 1 “T pin”
- A complete set of easy-to-follow tempeh making instructions
