Two packs of premium tempeh starter (rhizophus oligosporous). This Tempeh Starter will make 3.2 pounds of tempeh in 21 to 24 hours. Made in USA. Includes two packs of starter culture. Each pack inoculates 2 cups of dried, split beans and will make approximately 1.6 pounds of tempeh. Refrigerate or freeze starter upon arrival and use by April 1, 2025 for best results.
