Two packs of premium tempeh starter (rhizophus oligosporous). This Tempeh Starter will make 6 pounds of tempeh in 21 to 24 hours. Made in USA. Each pack inoculates 3 pounds of dried, split beans and will make approximately 6 pounds of tempeh. Refrigerate or freeze starter upon arrival for best results.
